Defective Products
Under UK law, you have the right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund. For faults occurring after 30 days and up to 6 months, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Size Exchanges
We also offer exchanges for size if the selected product does not fit. To request a size exchange, please email support@volleio.com with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email used for the purchase
- Phone number
- Photos or videos demonstrating the reason for the exchange
After approval, the product should be returned to our designated address, including all original accessories, objects, and packaging. Volleio will cover all return shipping costs and any associated charges. Once received and inspected, you may choose between a refund or a replacement in the desired size.
