Refund & Returns Policy

At Volleio, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want you to shop with confidence.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items 

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly.

Send an email to support@volleio.com with your full name, product name, order number, registered email, reason for return or exchange, and photos or videos of the item. After assessment, we will be happy to either reship the correct product or issue a full refund.

Right to Cancel / Change Your Mind

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason. If you choose to cancel, simply contact us at support@volleio.com, and we will guide you through the return process and refund your payment.

Refunds & Reimbursements

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment:
  • Bank transfer – for orders paid via bank payment methods.
  • Credit or debit card – refunds will appear on your next statement after you submit proof of return to our Support Team.
  • PayPal or other digital wallets – refunds will be processed through the same service.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you may be responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty.
