Handling & Transit Time
All our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers (United States, Europe, and Asia) to the address you provided at checkout.
If you notice that your shipping details are incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of placing your order so we can update them and ensure successful delivery.
Handling time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days, while transit time usually ranges from 10 to 15 business days.
Please note: these timeframes do not account for public holidays, strikes, severe weather, or other external factors that may affect delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a unique tracking code to monitor your delivery.
The tracking code will be sent to the email address used at checkout. With this code, you can follow your order every step of the way until it arrives.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on the type, quantity, or weight of the items. Don’t worry — you will not be charged extra for additional shipments.
Missed Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If no one is available, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Packages are usually held for a limited period (up to 30 days). After this, they may be returned to the supplier, making reshipment impossible. Please double-check your address details and ensure availability at delivery.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 60 days from dispatch, we will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the product or issuing a full refund.
Customs & Import Duties
Any import-related procedures or customs duties are our responsibility. If you are charged any additional fees for your order, we will cover these costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of payment, providing proof of the customs charge, and we will reimburse you.
